Please, Don't Do THIS at a Ceremony.

From experience through hundreds of weddings, we'd like to share a few tips for our brides and grooms to your guests. You've spent countless hours and money on planning your perfect wedding day, and even budgeted out for a professional videographer to capture it. The last thing you want in your wedding video is someone blocking the bride during the ceremony. To avoid this, we recommend that the bride and groom request an announcement through the officiant to ask guests to refrain from taking photos during the ceremony out of respect to the photographers and videographers. It is frustrating to the videographers whose job is to capture these important moments when our work is hindered by a phone or camera being in the way of a one-time shot.

When we are editing your final video, we dread coming across the issue of not having a crucial shot of the bride walking down the aisle with her groom. Refer to the photos we've included, for example. This is a common issue that can be avoided if guests are kindly asked to keep their cameras and phones away during the ceremony. We understand that they are loving friends and family who want this moment captured too, but allow your hired videographers and photographers to do their job the best they can without these worries. Trust us. You'll appreciate it when you have your once-in-a-lifetime video run smoothly when the big day is done.
